Using our services
By using the MyServicePilot website or platform, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how your team uses the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. Setup and customization work is quoted before it begins. You may cancel at any time in line with your service agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful messaging, to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, or to misuse any AI feature to mislead customers.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
